PHIT is the unlikely marriage of HIT (High Intensity Training) and Pilates. In just 30 minutes it delivers a challenging session designed to strengthen core, mobilise joints, build stamina and consequently burn calories.
PHIT is NOT high impact, form and alignment are paramount. Equally it does not involve intervals, we move continuously within the 30 short minutes we have. PHIT is for Clients who have a good understanding of the Pilates method and have no acute health conditions. All are welcome to a free trial session.
